Horrible service. We ordered roses online and were told they were out of stock (?!?!) and would be substituted. To make matters worse we paid the extra $7.00 to have them delivered before end of business day however they failed to deliver and held them until the following day. Flowers were wilted and drooping. I will never use or refer this company. Chinook Florist should revamp their overall service.
